Mango

Mango is one of the delicious seasonal fruits grown in the tropics and sub-tropical regions and come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and colors. They can be round, oval, kidney-shaped or egg-shaped, with yellow, green, red or purple-flushed skin.

The king of the fruits, Mango fruit, is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich fruits with unique flavor, fragrance, taste, and heath promoting qualities to human body. The juice of the fruit is full of bursting flavors and nutritional benefits, it can be consumed on its own or blended with milk and other fruits to prepare smoothies.

Storage Instrument

Mango is a fragile product. To let fruits ripen naturally, store it at room temperature. To speed ripening, put them in a warm place between 18°C and 25°C or 10 - 12°C to slow down ripening.
