Attractive and flavorsome classic eggplant
Eggplant “Midnight Egg” have a beautiful dark-purple skin and is a flavorsome variety. The flesh is tender, succulent, non-bitter, firm texture and mild flavor which are great for grilling and slicing thin onto pizza or pan frying. This superb, compact variety is excellent for growing in the greenhouse or on a sunny patio in containers.
